Citizens of certain countries need to confirm the availabilityof financial support of staying on the territory of Ukraine or transit through the country and cross its borders.

RIGHTS OF FOREIGN CITIZENS IN UKRAINE

When foreigners arrive in or leave Ukraine they go through the state border checkpoints by the national passport and visa if available, if another procedure of entry is not stipulated by the law or international treaties of Ukraine.
